The new Official Video for the song Babylon is Burning was filmed in December 2014 on location in and around Albuquerque, NM by NoResPro. The video kicks off a new year for Sgt Remo Music and Jah Yutes Entertainment (JYE). Bayou International produced this wicked riddim with a hypnotizing bassline that leads this gem of a riddim titled Ganja Fire Riddim. Sgt Remo urges mothers to "keep your sons close by, don't let run away. No don't let them run astray, cause babylon want take them life" and fathers to "come around sometime, you know seh the boy them need you. We haffi build up mankind, one child at a time." This song is one of the featured songs from the new Sgt Remo album Give Thanks for Life released on October 1, 2014 on JYE. Sgt Remo has been busy promoting the album with two official videos released to date including Rastafari Way and I'm Free.

On October 1, 2014, Jah Yutes Entertainment (JYE) released Sgt Remo’s album Give Thanks for Life recorded at JYE studios. This album is the follow up to the highly successful EP Life is for Living. The album features 13 solid tracks with guest appearances by General Smiley, Mikey Wild, Don Goliath, & Jah Melik. The first single was released on July 26th with the unveiling of the Official Video titled I'm Free. The album includes production by long time Sgt Remo collaborator Pedro Hernandez from EA Productions (St. Petersburg, FL) and an array of producers from around the world. I'm Free is the lead single from the album Give Thanks for Life (Oct 1, 2014, JYE) This is a song about mental liberation and shedding the preconceived notions that often divide us as a people with Sgt Remo voicing the sentiment "Every man born free from bondage, every man born free from violence. Everyone wants to live dem life well, so teach dem good and don't bad mind dem." The song was produced by Chilean DnL Producciones and released on the Ayun Riddim by Ras Ivan from Mexico City. The video was filmed in Austin, TX by Grassy Rootz TV. Sgt Remo has had a busy 2014 touring in Japan, Mexico, and a U.S. tour in the month of June. The highly anticipated album is the follow up to the successful EP Life is for Living.
