Sgt. Remo

Sgt. Remo's new back-to-the-dancehall hit single "Dawtah" is now released and available for download. "The single "Dawtah" is a Dancehall Reggae song that is sure to blaze up dance floors all over this summer" (, 2011). Sgt. Remo's smooth vocals make this an easy-to-listen song that could easily play in a dancehall session in Jamaica or a top-40 radio station in the U.S. This style of reggae brings you back to the classic dancehall of the early 90's that popularized the genre across the world.

"Dawtah" was recorded in St. Petersburg, FL in December, 2011. This is the first collaboration between Sgt. Remo and Cuban producer P. Hernandez. Hernandez is based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida and has been producing dancehall riddims for several years. Although this riddim is a strictly dancehall riddim, you can hear a hint of a hispanic caribbean flavor that makes this song an easy crossover over several genres. "Dawtah" was released under the Jah Yutes Entertainment label early and will be available at all major digital music distributors (itunes, Amazon MP3, CD Baby, etc).
