Oh Jah (2017)
Sgt. Remo
12" Vinyl Download |
|
Release Date - Sep. 26, 2017. The first ever vinyl release by Sgt. Remo. Oh Jah (12" 45 RPM) was produced by Full Grown Records in NM. The album sat in the vaults for almost 10 years before being brought back to life in 2017. Sgt. Remo teamed up with Austin, TX's Dub specialist McPullish to recreate the song Oh Jah, including a dub cut and a melodica version. Side B features an original McPullish production titled Can't Color Me Badd. The track is a steppers riddim which gave Sgt. Remo a sonically rich canvas to create a great tune. Side b includes a dub to round off the record. The sleeve is a full color, double sided, half-sleeve with a pull out insert. If you are a vinyl collector, this 12" marbled vinyl coupled with the great presentation will be a great addition to your collection.
